Junipium 12 Botanical Gin is the “Mysterium Tremendum” of gin—crafted in small batches by Riachi Winery & Distillery, a Lebanese family estate passed down through eight generations. Each of the 12 botanicals is hand-selected and locally sourced, including foraged indigenous juniper berries from Lebanon’s mountains.

Distilled in a traditional copper pot goose-neck still, Junipium reveals layers of complexity and aroma. On the nose, it greets with vibrant floral, herbaceous, and citrusy notes. On the palate, it unfolds into a rich blend of fresh spices, mint, basil, rosemary, coriander, and subtle hints of aniseed, licorice root, nutmeg, and cardamom.
