1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below are in control of the contractual relationship between the End User (the “Customer”) and “Hawana Gift Boutique” under E.G. Shisha on Wheels LTD (the “Seller”), a Cyprus corporation established and operating under the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113.
Both parties mutually accept these conditions. These General conditions of sale are the only conditions applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior notification. By confirming your order, you automatically state that you accept our general terms and conditions of sale and that you have read and understood them. The Terms and Conditions of Sale are stated to protect your rights as a valued customer as well as our business terms.
There are three different ways of placing an order:

We also accept calls during business hours. You can call us on +357 97 798 250 to place your order. All internal calls are charged as per local providers’ rates while international calls bear the charges of the respective foreign provider.
Once you place an order a confirmation email will be sent to you.
2.1 ORDER PROCEDURE
Our online order procedure is very simple.
- Choose from our main menu the product category or subcategory from which you wish to make a purchase.
- Once you find your desired product, click on the “Add to Cart” button and your item will be automatically added to your cart.
- You can continue shopping by adding more items to your cart or simply proceed to checkout clicking on the cart icon on the top of the page.
- You can remove some or all of the products from your shopping cart, during your order procedure and prior to your payment, by pressing the “Remove from Cart” (x) button. Additionally you can add more products or change the product quantities in your cart
- Once your shopping cart is ready you can proceed to Billing and Shipping details. Please login or sign up for an account.
- Choose the payment and shipping method. For local deliveries choose courier and cash on delivery and for international orders please request a quote for shipping charge. We will then contact you with the shipping cost and the final amount of swift transfer including your shopping cart items.
- You will be able to see your Order History through your account anytime.
You may be eligible to cancel your order/s within 7 working days from the day of receipt. Kindly send us a written notification with your order details and the reason of return (i.e. “I changed my mind”, “I do not need them anymore”) and we will get back to you immediately. All products except faulty ones should be in their original packaging, unopened with all seals. Any open packages will not be accepted and we are sorry we cannot give a refund.
We will be able to issue a full refund (in case of default ones) or replace the product if you wish. In the case of unwanted items we can only issue a credit note valid for 180 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless in the case of faulty items. Please package the products to arrive to our warehouse safe and secure along with a copy of your invoice.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All the products displayed on the website are duly checked and verified. We guarantee that they are in excellent working condition. The packaging is as received directly from the manufacturer or a third party reseller.
Hawana Gift Boutique prepares and delivers in product bundles for each individual order.
During the order procedure described in section “2.1 Order procedure”, you can remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete (x) button. Additionally, you can add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart at any time during the ordering procedure.
The prices shown on the website are in Euros and include all taxes. Delivery charge is separate and will be estimated and added at the checkout step. The invoice that the customer will receive will show the items ordered, the price per item, the delivery charge and the final billing price.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without any notice. This however will not affect in any case your final billing order if you have already placed an order.
Ιn the case of an obvious incorrect price appearing on our website (in approximation to the related general market price) your order will be cancelled even if it has been initially validated and our web administrator will contact you the soonest. The factors that might affect this kind of errors are mainly human or technical errors and we ask your understanding about this.
All orders will be executed within 3 working days subject to stock availability.
In case a product is unavailable at the time of checkout, our sales person will advise you for a similar product under the same criteria, thus being price, quality and usability.
8. DELIVERY & RETURNS
We offer Local courier delivery all over Cyprus with a standard delivery charge. For orders more than €100 we offer free delivery.
Our processing and shipping time takes up to 48 hours. Any orders placed on Fridays will be processed Monday morning.
We always try our best for your order to arrive to you within the stated time frame. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
Once you receive your order, kindly make sure that you have received the correct products before signing the delivery order. In case of anything extraordinary, kindly contact us the soonest by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone +357 97 798 250.
In the case of Returns, the Seller accepts only products to be returned unopened in their original packaging. In the event of a faulty item, the Seller will replace the product free of charge.
9. SECURE PAYMENT
We currently offer two methods of payment.
– For all orders across Cyprus we offer cash on delivery/pick up.
– For all international orders we offer swift bank transfer option only and orders will be processed once the payment is cleared. We cannot guarantee the clearing time process of the banking institution. It might take up to 15 working days depending from the country of the originating payment transaction.
Reimbursements can only be effected through bank transfers and apply only to the purchase price of each product. Any shipping fees are not reimbursed. The reimbursement period is 15 working days.
Hawana Gift Boutique is not responsible for any products lost in post or courier in the case of return.
11. INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP
All the content of this website including illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos is the property of Hawana Gift Boutique. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means, is subject to prior and written authorization by Hawana Gift Boutique.
The current website and its contents (information, files and software) are protected by the Cyprus and International laws concerning intellectual ownership and copyright.
“All fraudulent use of any content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.”
Hawana Gift Boutique, under any circumstances, is not responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his/her activities on the site.
