This 100% Chardonnay wine reflects the abundance of sunshine that is typical of Lebanon’s climate. The elegant yet somewhat evolved nose speaks to the time this wine spends in barrel along with an increased density and richness on the palate.

Serving: Marquis des Beys White is best served chilled at a temperature between 8°C to 10°C (46°F to 50°F).

Pairing: The Marquis des Beys White pairs well with a variety of dishes, including grilled fish or poultry, seafood pasta, creamy mushroom risotto, and roasted chicken. Description

he Marquis des Beys White from Domaine des Tourelles is a 100% Chardonnay wine with vineyards located in the Western Bekaa at an altitude of 1,050 m above sea level.

The soil is gravelous and limestone, with clay subsoils, and the vines are dry farmed with a density of 3,500 vines/ha and an age of 20-25 years.
The harvest is 100% manual with intensive selection in the vineyards, and the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days with no malolactic fermentation.
The wine is aged in oak barrels (1/2 new, 1/2 first use) for 8 months, and the alcoholic strength is 13% vol.
