Description
The Domaine des Tourelles Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Tempranillo grapes grown in the Western Bekaa at an altitude of 1,050 meters above sea level.
The vineyards are dry farmed and the grapes are harvested manually with intensive selection in the vineyards to ensure quality.
The grapes are then fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days.
The Syrah undergoes a short maceration and bleeding, while the Cinsault and Tempranillo are direct pressed.
There is no malolactic fermentation, and after blending, the wine undergoes a gentle clarification.
The resulting wine has aromas of red fruits, especially cherries, which are enticing on the nose.
On the palate, the wine is marked by a lovely freshness, which makes it a great choice for long hours of summer sipping.
Overall, the Domaine des Tourelles Rosé is a refreshing and fruity wine that showcases the unique characteristics of the grapes grown in the Bekaa Valley.
