Initially matured in first fill Bourbon barrels for eight years, this whisky is then transferred into Bourbon barrels which are hand-selected by our Master Distiller Richard Paterson for the remaining two years, resulting in a softer floral character. This expression is created exclusively for Europe.
Aroma: Manuka honey, vanilla pod and Swiss milk chocolate
Palate: Rich orchard fruits, banana bread and vanilla spice
Finish: Peach syrup, ginger spice and crushed pistachios
