Mistral Dry Gin Rose is the result of a passion for all good things in Provence and is created using skills and knowledge that extend from a 100 year old family-run distillery in the heart of Provence, to the busy gin bars of London, the home of modern craft gin.

Distilled from wine made with Provencial grapes, this handcrafted gin is then infused with 12 herbs and botanicals.

To the nose, this tipple has an evocative aroma of french herbs with exotic spice and citrus notes. To taste this has a lovely creamy spice with bright grapefruit and citrus freshness which would go well with a premium tonic and some cinnamon for garnish.

A wonderfully dry pink gin, and the ornate label doesn’t go amiss either. The 12 botanicals in this include: Maniguette, Coriander, Cardamon, Iris Root, Juniper, Pink Pepper, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Basil, Pink Grapefruit, Mint and Thyme.
