Description
Grape Variety:
This product is the result of a combination of three different grape varieties: Cinsault gives the
smoothness, Grenache gives the fruity flavor and Carignan gives spicy and fresh taste.
Vinification:
After the grapes are stripped from their stems and crushed, this wine macerate for a short time under low
temperature ( 16 C to 18 C). The malolactic fermentation is not requested.
Aging:
The Rosé is bottled in the spring after harvest. A severe winter refines the taste and ennobles the wine.
Matching Food:
The sun of the table, this light wine served chilled, will brighten up the salad, meat and exotic cuisine.
Preservation:
This wine has to be consumed within a period of 2 to 3 years.
Tasting:
The wine has a strong pink color. It has clear predominantly fruity aroma, with floral and mineral hints. This wine is full of
flavor and tender on the palette.
