This bottle makes no exception, and it is elaborated from 45% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 19% Meunier. Cuvée Brut unveils a beautiful golden hue, very clear and limpid with many fine and light bubbles.
The nose announces a lot of openness and expression, around yellow fruits such as pear, apricot and peach.
On the palate, this Gosset develops a gourmand and refined character, and evolves towards fresh notes, with a hint of bitterness and a slightly saline final.
