Malt Master of Balvenie Distillerie, David Stewart, crafted the 14 Year-Old Balvenie Caribbean Cask allowing it to rest for 14 years in traditional oak barrels. He then refined the whisky in casks that previously contained Caribbean rum, for a few months. Thanks to this double maturation, this Single Malt reveals notes of caramel, vanilla and fruits.

Colour: amber.
Nose: marked with creamy caramel notes, with sweet flavours of fresh fruits.
Palate: round, with a vanilla scent joining the sweet oaky notes. The fruitines develops after a while in the glass.
Finish: quite refined, lingering.
