The Heritage: Produced near the ancient Roman ruins of Fakra, this spirit follows a centuries-old lineage. Every bottle is a tribute to Lebanese craftsmanship, using mineral-rich water from the Laban and Assal springs.
Triple-Distillation: Using traditional copper alembics, the spirit undergoes three precise distillations. This process strips away impurities, leaving only the pure essence of the Mediterranean sun-drenched grapes and the finest green aniseed from the village of Hina.
Clay-Aged Perfection: Unlike modern spirits aged in steel, Arak Fakra is rested for at least 24 months in handmade clay jars from Beit-Chabab. This porous environment allows the alcohol to “breathe,” mellowing its fire while concentrating its aromatic herbal profile.
