Crafted by Riachi Winery & Distillery with over 180 years of heritage, this 53% ABV Arak is a testament to the family’s mastery of the copper still. Using a traditional triple-distillation process, the spirit is married with high-grade Levantine aniseed to create a profile that is both punchy and remarkably clean.
The spirit is matured in traditional clay amphorae, a process that allows the liquid to mellow and develop a velvety texture. On the palate, this maturation balances the high alcohol content, delivering a distinct aniseed flavor followed by a long finish. Historically designed to complement the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, it is often paired with grilled meats and various traditional appetizers.
