Every drop of Athyr Oak & Vine tells a story of patience and terroir:
Every drop of Athyr Oak & Vine tells a story of patience and terroir:
- The Foundation: Crafted from premium malted barley and double-distilled in a century-old copper pot goose-neck still.
- The Amphora & Native Oak (6 Years): The spirit spends its first six years maturing inside traditional clay amphorae infused with staves of native Lebanese oak (Quercus libani), imparting a distinct, earthy structure.
- The Wine Cask Finish (3 Years): The whisky is then transferred to hand-selected, vintage Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barrels for an additional three years, absorbing rich, jammy fruit characteristics.
