Mavro has the body and roundness to complement a wide range of flavours; it can lift something fresh like ceviche, add weight to roasted root vegetables or baked cauliflower, or echo the earthiness of fava.<\/p>\n

In cocktails, it even works as a stand-in for sweet vermouth, giving stirred drinks extra texture without overwhelming them.<\/p>\n
