Arak Brun Special Reserve is a premium spirit made from Obeidi and Cinsault grape varieties grown in the Western Bekaa region of Lebanon at an altitude of 1,050m above sea level. The vines, which are 15-20 years old, are cultivated at a density of 3,500 vines per hectare and harvested by hand in boxes with intensive selection.<\/p>\n
The arak is made using a traditional three-stage distillation process in artisan alembics and aged for five years in traditional clay jars. This gives it a smooth and delightful flavor profile that perfectly complements Mediterranean dishes and a variety of cocktails.<\/p>\n
