Ginbey Gin Distilled at Domaine des Tourelles winery in the heart of the Bekaa Valley, GinBey is the fruit of long years of hard work and research by winemaker Faouzi Issa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This blend is a mix of 14 botanicals, from the traditional base of juniper and coriander seeds to other ingredients like citrus, florals and spices all sourced from Lebanon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Family Passion Since 1888.
Established in 1990 by Sa\u00efd Touma and his family on a hill overlooking the Bekaa valley, Ch\u00e2teau St. Thomas estate is a vineyard spreading over sixty five hectares and a wine storehouse for fermentation and ageing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


On this very land of the Bekaa valley, the Romans had once created the Temple of Bacchus, a tribute to the Roman god of wine.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sa\u00efd Touma, a man of passion with more than 55 years experience in distillation & fermentation of grape juice who inherited the legacy of producing Arak since1888 (Lebanese national drink), & passed it to his son Joe-Assaad, an agronomist &
winemaker who followed in the family tradition with equal passion for great winemaking & graduated from France (Montpelier & Bordeaux).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

From Grain to Glass: A Lebanese Beer Odyssey
From humble beginnings in 2006, we embarked on a journey to brew exceptional beer in Lebanon.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t keep up with local and international demand, prompting us to commission a new breweryin Zakroun overlooking the Mediterranean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Regular Brews of 961 Beer are our interpretations of various beer styles that are consumed worldwide. They represent mainoffering all year round. They are considered our \u201csession beers\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lebanese Brew is a light and easily approachable beer targeting the large part of the market that wants a straightforward Pilsner style hand crafted beer made with high quality, European Malts and imported hops without additives such as corn and sugar.
Because light is less of a factor for this less aromatic beer, we package it in the familiar green bottles that have become the
marker of the Pilsner style of beer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
